Clean Science and Technology is a speciality chemical manufacturer. The Rs 1,546.62-crore initial public offering (IPO) was entirely an offer for sale (OFS) by existing promoters and other shareholders. Its IPO was subscribed 93.41 times. The company had received bids for 1,14,92,30,160 shares against 1,23,02,672 shares on offer.
Earlier, Clean Science and Technology on Tuesday raised Rs 464 crore from anchor investors.
In the grey market, the unlisted shares of Clean Science and Technology are commanding a premium of nearly 60 per cent over the issue price. The current GMP is Rs 600-610 per equity share.
Clean Science and Technology manufactures functionally critical specialty chemicals such as performance chemicals, pharmaceutical intermediates, and FMCG chemicals. The Pune-based company’s customers include manufacturers and distributors in India as well as other international markets, including China, Europe, the US, Taiwan, Korea, and Japan.
New Delhi: Pictures of actress Kim Sharma holidaying with tennis star Leander Paes are going viral on the internet. The two look much in love in the photos and can be seen enjoying their stay at a resort in Goa.

THANE: A 24-year-old man has been arrested from a village in Thane district of Maharashtra for allegedly killing his girlfriend’s stepmother for opposing their relationship, police said on Thursday. The highly-decomposed body of the 39-year-old victim was recovered on July 10 near a river in Guravali village in Kalyan taluka, they said. During the probe, police found that Sameer Dalvi, the lover of the woman’s daughter, had killed her and dumped her body in the bushes by the riverside. Dalvi was in love with the stepdaughter of the victim, although the latter opposed their relationship, police said. “Recently, on the birthday of the victim, the accused had visited her home to greet her. But her stepmother objected to his presence and asked him whether he was worthy of marrying her daughter. Annoyed over it, he hatched a conspiracy to eliminate her and executed his plan on July 4,” a police official said. The victim worked in the conservancy department of the Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC). Her family members carried out a search to trace her, but in vain. Later, a missing person’s report was filed at Kalyan taluka police station, he said, adding that Dalvi was arrested after her body was found. A local court has remanded Dalvi in police custody till July 17.

GR Infra IPO allotment status, GR Infra IPO GMP: GR Infraprojects Limited has finalised the allotment of its Rs 963-crore initial public offer (IPO). The IPO was subscribed a whopping 102.58 times. It received bids for 83,33,04,538 shares against 81,23,594 shares.
Initiation of refunds for unsuccessful bidders will begin on July 15 while credit of shares into the Demat Account of subscribers will take place on July 16.

The initial public offer (IPO) was of 1,15,08,704 equity shares and had a price range of Rs 828-837 per share. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) category was subscribed 168.58 times, non-institutional investors 238.04 times and those meant for retail individual investors (RIIs) 12.57 times. Earlier, GR Infraprojects mobilised a little over Rs 283 crore from anchor investors.
Experts predict a strong listing for the IPO. Shares of the company are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE on July 19. In the grey market, GR Infraprojects shares were quoting at a premium of Rs 490 over the issue price. The shares were trading at Rs 1,327 apiece.
GR Infraprojects is a Udaipur-based leading integrated road engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company with experience in the design and construction of various road and highway projects across 15 states in India. It has recently diversified into projects in the railway sector.
