Robot News: Watch: Robot serves tea to PM Narendra Modi | – Times of India

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is known for his peculiar taste, not just in terms of fashion but food too. From enjoying Pani Puri with the Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, to his love for chaat and jalebi at Harris Park in Sydney, his food moments have been quite popular on social media.
On Wednesday, he visited the robotics gallery at the Gujarat Council of Science City and was fascinated by the robots there. The Prime Minister took to Instagram to share photos of the visit, one of which showed a robot serving him tea. Take a look at his post.

His post read, “Fascinating Robotics Gallery at Gujarat Science City. Don’t miss the picture of the Robot serving us tea as well!” As per reports, the Prime Minister was accompanied by Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel on his visit to the gallery.

In the photos, he can be seen enjoying a cup of tea served to him by a robot. As per the science city’s website, the gallery aims to “provide a platform for visitors to explore the ever-advancing field of robotics”.

This is not the first time robot servers have made news. In November 2017, Chennai saw the first robotic restaurant called Robot and the concept was inspired by robot-themed Chinese and Japanese eateries.
And then in 2022, post-pandemic, Noida saw the launch of The Yellow House—Robot Restaurant, a multi-cuisine restaurant chain.
