NAVI MUMBAI: The Navi Mumbai area reported 47 new Covid-19 cases on Friday, taking the overall toll to 1,04,405.
As many as 46 people recovered from the deadly infection on Friday and have been discharged from hospitals till date. The total number of positive patients recovered and discharged till date stands at 1,01,596.
Meanwhile, two people succumbed to the Covid-19 virus on Friday. The death toll reached 1,860.
There are 222 people in home isolation presently.
Among the new cases, Belapur reported 16 new Covid-19 cases, followed by eight in Turbhe, six in Nerul, five each in Koparkhairne and Airoli, three in Digha and two each in Vashi and Ghansoli
