MUMBAI: The Maharashtra Secondary School Certificate (SSC) results will be announced online on Friday at 1 pm, according to state school education minister Varsha Gaikwad.
The exams that were scheduled from April 29 to May 20 were cancelled due to the COVID19 pandemic.
While all the 16,58,624 students were declared passed by the state, they were evaluated on a 50:50 ratio in class IX and X to arrive at the final SSC results.
After the declaration of the SSC results by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (mahresult.nic.in), the state is likely to announce the date of the Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to first-year junior colleges in Maharashtra.
The CET scores will be given priority in class XI admissions (first round).
The SSC results will be final and there will be no revaluation of marks.
