Besides being an actress and former model, Gul Panag is an adventure junkie. From riding bikes, kayaking, to paragliding, she has tested her limits in various activities. And now, the 43-year-old is out there in the mountains of Ladakh for her cycling expedition.
Gul Panag has recently dropped some thrilling photos from her latest adventure trip on her Instagram page. Sharing a picture from the first day of her training schedule, Panag described her experience in the caption. “Day 1 of training to ride in the mountains. And it’s a whole different ball game!” she wrote.

Panag shared that she cycled for 25 km that too 3 to 4 times a week as part of her training. But, she insisted that riding in the hills is way more challenging than cycling in the plains. She added that it takes more endurance and strength while getting used to the bike also takes time. Panag also recalled how the chain of her bicycle came off during a climb and she had to call her father after failing to fix it.
In another picture shared by Panag, she was seen posing in a hilly location beside her bicycle while her father too was in the frame. She wrote that her dad leaned against a rock to take rest after a climb. She also highlighted that her father is skilled at the activity and has been cycling for the past 12 years.
