Aishwarya Rai Bachchan looked like a Goddess in Gold as she celebrated sisterhood and inclusion at the sixth edition of Le Defile Walk Your Worth showcase. Hosted by L’Oreal Paris at Paris Fashion Week 2023, the iconic beauty proved there’s no one like her as she sashayed the runway in a shimmery ensemble.

Winning the audience with her gorgeous smile, Aishwarya winked and blew a kiss and owned the runway with a dramatic twirl.  The dazzling ensemble featured a golden gown cinched at the waist and was paired with an elaborate embellished cape. Her iconic red lips added a pop of colour to her metallic look. Even her voluminous soft wavy hair added the necessary drama to her iconic walk.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan adorned a bespoke midnight black and shimmering golden gown meticulously crafted by Falguni Shane Peacock. This exquisite ensemble is characterized by intricate black and golden embroidery, adorned with acrylic flowers that cast a mirror effect, and complemented by gracefully incorporated feathers. The gown is replete with a pleated center drape, coupled with a distinctive shoulder cape and an elegant trail, creating a vision of unparalleled sophistication.

A force of beauty with brains, Aishwarya’s association with the beauty brand has only strengthened over the years. The stunning actress who has walked for the brand in 2019 and 2021, walked the runway with the same amount of confidence like a true queen. Totally, worth it, Aishwarya’s presence at the event will definitely go down in history, not just for her iconic personality but for the woman she is and what she stands for.  Aishwarya was seen bonding with acto Katherine Langford on the runway, Langford also adjusted Aishwarya’s cape before as she was leaving the runway post show. A heartwarming gesture spotted by Camilla who witnessed it.

Aishwarya was accompanied by her daughter, Aaradhaya Bachchan on this trip. The showcase was made even more special, as Navya Nanda, who is Aishwarya’s husband and actor Abhishek Bachchan’s niece, walked at the event too. Dressed in an off-shoulder red dress, Navya aced her international runway debut with elan.

Hosted on the esplanade of the Eiffel Tower, the rendezvous of beauty and fashion also saw diverse and iconic people including Helen Mirren, Eva Longoria, Kendall Jenner, Viola Davis, Camila Cabello, Katherine Langford, Elle Fanning, Aja Naomi King, Luma Grothe, Larissa Manoela, Cindy Bruna,  walk for the cause.
